Phillip Rogers Elementary School
Philip Rogers Elementary School is in the vibrant West Ridge neighborhood of Rogers Park in Chicago's north side. The school is known as a beacon for educational excellence and community pride. Named after Philip Rogers, one of the area's earliest settlers, the school has been a cornerstone of the community since its establishment in 1937. Serving a diverse student body of over 700 children, which reflects the rich ethnic, cultural, and economic tapestry of its neighborhood, the school's mission is to create an inclusive environment where every student can achieve their full potential, develop critical thinking skills, and cultivate a lifelong love for learning.
In pursuit of this mission, Candor Electric joined the school on a significant infrastructure enhancement project. This project involves the installation of new lighting fixtures, receptacles, light switches, a modern distribution panel, low-voltage conduits and more. Candor Electric will also be instrumental in upgrading the fire alarm system, ensuring the safety and security of their students and staff. The schools’ upgrades aim not only to enhance the functionality and safety of the facilities but also emphasize their commitment to fostering a conducive learning environment where excellence and innovation flourish. We are looking forward to seeing the positive impact of this project on the school community for years to come, and Candor Electric is proud to be involved.
